Staff Training
We at Jamieson Contracting take both Health & Safety and our employee’s Personal Development very seriously. We shall provide every employee with the training necessary to carry out his or her tasks safely.
In an effort to both support individuals in their chosen careers and meet our regulatory requirements, we provide only accredited training to employees.
We frequently invite our sub contractors to attend the training sessions, in order to ensure all workers are operating at the correct and up to date level of expertise.

We not only focus on the development of our employees who are out on site but also the back office staff supporting the day-to-day running of the company. We have funded courses for office-based staff on: -
- ECDL Computer Training.
- Word & Excel Courses.
- Sage Course.
- TAS Course.
- Fire Marshall Course.
We proactively encourage our employees' to think about their own personal development and we discuss it at appraisal time. If there is training available which will enhance the individual’s skills and therefore contribution to the business we are always happy to discuss it with a view to funding.
